Playgroups
The
DSAGC is actively involved with the local support groups and playgroups
with funding, support, and materials. The playgroups offer opportuntities
for families and children to get together, socialize, and provide valuable
first-hand experience.
The local community of families with children with Down syndrome is a tremendous resource.

Local Playgroups
West Side Playgroup – A new group for parents and their children ages birth to 5 years.
East Side Playgroup – Moms and their babies’ ages birth to 5 years meet on the second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm.
Butler County Playgroup – This group meets monthly on Saturday morning at 10:30 am.
Middletown Playgroup – Meets the first Saturday of each month.
Kentucky Playgroup – This group is for parents who have children ages 4 and under.
Local Support and Satellite Groups
Brown County Satellite Group – This group was fromed for families living
in Brown, Highland, Clinton or Adams counties. They offer social events,
speakers, networking, parent support and more. Contact Shayna Hansel

KIDS (Kentuckians Interested in Down Syndrome) – This
group meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 pm at Redwood School
in Ft. Mitchell, KY. Speakers address topics of interest to parents of
