The goal of the DSAGC Internship Program is to provide a meaningful and supportive learning experience that prepares interns for future employment opportunities. This internship offers the chance to be a paid employee on the DSAGC staff team and collaborate on a variety of projects to gain valuable professional experience in a nonprofit environment.

Interns assist DSAGC staff in cultivating relationships with donors, supporting the planning and execution of DSAGC events, and helping with administrative and program-related tasks such as creating transition folders, organizing materials, and facilitating programs.

Through this experience, interns strengthen their executive functioning, communication, social, and leadership skills.

All applicants must apply online and will be invited to an in-person interview. Because we invest significant time and care into creating a meaningful and skill-building experience, we are only able to accept one intern per year. Placement for the 2026 internship will depend on the applicant’s availability and current job status.

We truly value the opportunity to mentor and support our interns as they grow both personally and professionally. We look forward to meeting passionate, motivated individuals eager to learn and make a difference!
