Program Coordinator

We have created a new Program Coordinator position at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati (DSAGC). This Program Coordinator will focus on the needs for our adults with Down syndrome over the age of 35.  Their needs are complex, diverse and ever-changing.  Future planning, healthy aging, caregiver support and independence skills are just some of those needs. The person in this role must be comfortable balancing the demands of providing education and support to families and care providers of the older adults with DS, as well as have program development and management skills. We also envision the person in this role devoting consistent time to “resource research and community networking.”

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with backgrounds in social work and/or have significant experience working with those with developmental disabilities and/or those in the aging population.

If you are interested in this position, please email a cover letter stating why you feel like you would be a good fit for the position as well as why you are passionate about our mission.  Please send your cover letter and resume to Amie Lefebvre at
