We’re here to provide adult day health care supervision, therapeutic activities, and rehabilitative therapies in a positive, people-focused way for those who require health care and support services as a result of chronic conditions, such as: COPD; stroke; Alzheimer’s and other related dementias; seizures; diabetes; Parkinson’s; Multiple Sclerosis; hypertension and heart disease; developmental and intellectual disabilities.

The Kidz Club

The Kidz Club is a prescribed pediatric extended care facility that provides skilled nursing care for children who are medically fragile in a daycare setting. The Kidz Club provides educational enrichment, therapy follow-through, field trips and activities in a fun social setting. Medicaid and private insurance accepted.

The Kentucky Integrated Health Insurance Premium Payment (KI-HIPP) program is a voluntary Medicaid program offered to eligible policyholders to help pay for the cost of an employer-sponsored insurance plan.
